Common questions

What is PayAttention for a padel club?+
An optional payment choice for court bookings and other club purchases. It lets players choose a lower price while your club keeps the full price and can earn extra revenue.
Where does the extra money come from?+
The player shares a few details, and we show offers that may fit their needs. When they complete one, the advertiser pays PayAttention. We use that money to cover the discount and pay your club extra.
Does the discount reduce my margin?+
No. PayAttention funds the discount. Your club receives the full booking or purchase price.
Does the player have to use it?+
No. Your normal payment options stay available. The player can ignore PayAttention and pay as usual.
What if they do not complete the offer?+
Offers usually have a 24-hour window, and it can be extended. If the time runs out or the action does not qualify, the player pays the remaining amount up to the regular price — your club still receives the full price. If the player completes the offer later, your club still receives the extra, and the player gets the value back as credit to spend at your club.
How much extra do I earn?+
Up to $10 per payment, paid when the player completes the offer. The exact amount depends on the available offer.
When do I receive the money?+
The booking or purchase amount arrives in your bank account within 1–2 business days. The advertiser extra is paid after the player completes the offer.
How does integration work?+
Add a PayAttention button to your online booking checkout or show a QR code at the front desk. Your booking system and existing payment options stay in place.
